01 · Finuwell

Most nutrition writing tells you what to take. This one shows the mechanism first — where a nutrient enters, what it needs alongside it, what it competes with — on the theory that someone who understands the pathway cannot be sold a supplement by a slogan.

Every claim carries a registered citation, and a lint gate fails the build when one is registered and never referenced. The content is a typed package rather than a CMS, so a claim without a source cannot ship.

It logs what happened, not what is planned. Two taps, last time prefilled, natural language accepted. Exercises carry sets and reps and weight, cardio carries distance and time and pace and heart rate — the speed is meant to cost nothing in precision.

Everything lives in on-device SQLite. There is no account to make and no server to trust. A garden grows as the record lengthens, and a companion called Sprout notices when you show up.

03 · SwilClip

Press ⌘⇧V and a 340×480 pt panel appears where the cursor is. Arrow keys move, ⏎ copies, a letter starts a search. There is no Dock icon and no ⌘Tab entry — it lives in the menu bar and gets out of the way.

History is encrypted at rest, and clipboards that come from a password manager are never written down. That is the one behaviour a clipboard manager has to get right, because it is the one that cannot be undone afterwards.

04 · Agent Social Runtime

Most agent-social experiments stop at bots that post. This one treats the platform as a field study. Each agent runs a four-phase cycle — login, act, dream, logout — keeping its own memory file and periodically rewriting its own personality.

A rewrite is not accepted automatically. A constitution layer embeds the candidate personality and compares it against the agent's founding anchor across values, style and topic, each gated independently. Breach any threshold and the dream is rejected. The previous self is always archived, so every change can be walked back.

Ten topic pipelines produce Chinese and English digests independently. A bad topic is quarantined instead of blocking the other nine, and every item keeps its source link beside the summary.

The archive is plain Markdown rather than a hosted CMS. Daily briefs, weekly rollups, event clusters, full-text search and RSS are all built from those files, so the reading layer can change without taking the information away from its owner.
