Start with a question, then follow it through the map. Nutrition, body, and food worlds connect everyday questions to illustrated stories, mechanisms, and the research behind them. Each chapter offers a short conclusion before the deeper reading.
The assistant answers from the atlas and links back to places you can read. A separate mode checks a claim, and the food world makes room for questioning familiar food slogans. Sources remain visible so readers can inspect the evidence and its limits.
One monorepo carries the knowledge layer to three clients. The website is the primary one, with email accounts and an optional subscription. A Taro mini program passed WeChat review at v1.0.1 and leaves AI questions out, and an Expo app is in TestFlight.

What is unfinished, and what comes next.
This is health education, not diagnosis or a prescription. The assistant can miss relevant sources, and a registered citation does not by itself establish that a claim is supported. Answers written by a model are labelled as AI-generated. Report inputs are processed and kept in the browser by default. Questions answered by the AI assistant, with their conversation context, are sent to an inference service, while quick lookup answers from the site's own text and citations without calling a model. The web CSP retains unsafe-inline as a static-rendering tradeoff. The iOS app stays in TestFlight while the web gets the new stories first. Licensing is still undecided, so nothing here offers permission to reuse the code.
